  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.

What my clients are saying

"Crystal was amazing! When I first listed the home she was able to quickly size up the home's potential & help me get it ready to list. I was already very impressed by her knowledge & ability. The day before the house was hitting the market we got hit by a massive hail storm...I had to replace the roof, window, & repaint the house. All of this while I was living in another state, & often traveling/unavailable due to work. Crystal went into overdrive. She was able to use her wide network in order to get me the help I needed fast! She helped get my roof replaced & the house painted all while showing the house to potential buyers. She got my house sold & closed before my originally expected date despite all of the hurdles thrown up in front of us. I am not doing her justice, I wish there was more I could say to express the highest levels of professionalism & ability that Crystal consistently brings to the table. All while being a genuinely nice person that is just awesome to work with"

Crystal was absolutely fantastic to work with! We were doing an across the country move so we weren't able to be out in Colorado Springs most of the time. Crystal would go and look at houses for us and send us picture and videos. We looked at so many different houses and she always was willing to help us! We would definitely recommend Crystal!

We worked with Crystal to find the perfect home in Colorado Springs. It took months of narrowing down where we wanted to be, price range, etc. but she was patient with us and responded to all of our requests - despite some difficult demands we placed on her! During our house hunt she was willing to revisit homes more than once, write offers that were tailored to our abilities and mediate any issues with the listing agents/sellers. We were highly impressed with her skill set and would recommend her to anyone moving to the area or relocating within the area.

Working with Crystal was SUPER easy! She was there for me at every step of the way in buying our first home. I was out of state at the time and she went above and beyond with communicating with me and making things as smooth as possible. I have worked with 3 other realtors in the past and none compared to the experience I had working with Crystal and her team. She is kind, helpful, and will get you the answers to any questions you might have. Her advise saved me $ and time. Could not have asked for a better realtor.

I have bought and sold many houses over the years and have never had such a wonderful experience as I did with Crystal! Her attention to every detail throughout the entire process was amazing. She managed to make buying a house sight unseen smoother than any transaction I've ever had. She was attentive to every detail of the process and kept us informed through every step. She clearly went above and beyond what you expect from a real estate agent. By the end of the ordeal, I considered her not only an over achieving agent, but a true friend who had our interests in mind. I would highly recommend Crystal and the Laura Kaan team to anyone buying a home in Colorado Springs.
